thanks for faving the matterhorn pic :) i think those ones are going to mean a lot to me even if they are touristy shots that anyone who goes there can take... tis a very photogenic mountain. luckily the novelty wore off after about 2 days :P

they have a matterhorn ride? wow! see, i doubt i'll get to go to disneyland unless i have kids :P i guess we've just got to make them one of our priorities... switzerland is well worth going to if you get an opportunity. although zermatt was my least favourite area, its probably better if you go for longer and you go there first. we went to grindelwald first and the atmosphere was completely different. plus zermatt seems like its only a tourist desitnation now :-/ like they bring the goats through the town, but they dress this little kid up in traditional swiss dress and make a big parade about it. almost every shop sells cowbells and stuff like that... still, the matterhorn is deffo worth seeing.
